YarnKittymon: GU: ::shakes his head; softly:: I'm either leaving town, or I'm to be arrested in the morning, Kizzie.
Quantum Catz: KZ: What re you talking about? Why?
YarnKittymon: GU: ::quietly:: Guards from Gate Town are on their way. I'm sorry.
Quantum Catz: KZ: ::puts her hands on his shoulders:: It's not your fault, but i don't understand...why do they want to arrest you? The mayor set you free
YarnKittymon: GU: ::shakes his head:: I've been declared a menace, Kizzie. ::smirks:: Not sure if they'll give me a trial, but they'll probably strip me of my talents.
Quantum Catz: KZ: How are you a menace?
YarnKittymon: GU: ::quietly:: Apparently someone who *could* be deadly is as bad as someone who *has been.* ::shakes his head; softly:: So I guess I've come to say goodbye, for now, at least.
Quantum Catz: KZ: That's nonsense - my powers could be jsut as deadly as yours and so could those of half the people in the town - what are they going to do, strip everyone's powers?
YarnKittymon: GU: ::shrugs:: It may come down to that, in the end.
Quantum Catz: KZ: ::looks at Guy like he just told her someone might come along and cut her arm off, she backs away a step, suddenly wonderig if staying on the isalnd is a good idea::
YarnKittymon: GU: ::softly:: If you're frightened...I know it's probably more dangerous to leave, but I'd be glad of your company.
Quantum Catz: KZ: I couldn't live without my powers - and anyone who tried to take them would probably be hurt ::looks down::
YarnKittymon: GU: ::nods grimly:: I'm sure they won't be able to take *everyone's*...just people like me.
Quantum Catz: KZ: Could you live without your powers?
YarnKittymon: GU: They aren't like yours, if that's what you mean. But I didn't like it at all when it happened.
Quantum Catz: KZ: I'm glad i wasn't here for that - i don't know what i would have done
YarnKittymon: GU: ::softly:: All these proposals are from Yarnia; I reckon someone there has a vendetta against variants.
Quantum Catz: KZ: But...that's who this island's for
YarnKittymon: GU: ::quietly:: There's *something* going on, but unfortunately, I'm a wanted man; I don't know that I can investigate as I'd like.
Quantum Catz: KZ: So what are you going to do?
YarnKittymon: GU: What are my choices? Run like a rabbit, or let them take my powers.
Quantum Catz: KZ: Maybe Becky could take you somewhere....
YarnKittymon: GU: ::softly:: Where? The mainland?
Quantum Catz: KZ: Well, would they go looking for you there?
YarnKittymon: GU: ::shrugs helplessly:: I'm sorry, Kizzie; I never meant you to get involved with any of this. I'll try to keep my ears out, the little I can...I'll send word if I find something that could endanger you is coming.
Quantum Catz: KZ: Anyone who tried would only end up hurt themselves ::looks worried for Guy::
YarnKittymon: GU: ::leans forward and kisses her:: This can't keep up for good; it'll be righted. I'll do what I can 'til then.
Quantum Catz: KZ: ::smiles weakly:: Be careful...
YarnKittymon: GU: ::smiling grimly:: Will you wait for me for a while?
Quantum Catz: KZ: ::jokes weakly:: I'm not going anywhere
YarnKittymon: GU: ::kisses her again:: If they ask about my whereabouts, I told you I was heading to Gate Town.
Quantum Catz: KZ: ::nods:: Okay...
YarnKittymon: GU: ::turns to go; softly:: Stay safe, Kizzie.
Quantum Catz: KZ: ::Softly:: You too
